CANVAS Art Print Co shipping policy applies to any and all information within this detailed page.
Free standard tracked shipping on all framed canvas artworks within Australia is only for the initial order.
If an order is returned to us due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer for the reshipment to occur. You are required to ensure you have entered the correct address details before finalising your order.
Purchasing from CANVAS Art Print Co means you agree and understand all purchasing, returns/refund, shipping policies and all disclaimer(s).
How Long Does It Take?
We ship all orders within 72 business hours*, under normal circumstances.
We may at times be able to offer same day shipping!
*Normal circumstances means, within Monday - Friday business hours of a standard week with the exclusion of public holidays / long weekends and peak sale periods like but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day sales and/or if your product is held back due to quality control, we will reprint to ensure our high standards are met.
During sale periods our standard turnaround time may be pushed out by an additional 4-8 business days.
Where Is CANVAS Art Print Co Located?
We are located on the sunny Central Coast of NSW, Australia - just an hour north of Sydney.
All products are shipped from our production facility in West Gosford.
This is not open to public.

No, CANVAS Art Print Co only ships our products within Australia.
